This book is awful! The author just listed ingredients and directions only - no description on why the recipe should be used or how it differs from the others listed. No test cooking comments, etc. Awful. Just Awful. Some directions told you to add ingredients that were not in the list of ingredients. What's up with that?The book is full of typos and poor proofreading. The author made a table of contents only to conveniently not put any page number on the pages! What good is that? No forward, no introduction, no author's objective - nothing. And forget an index. The description on the back cover is ridiculous.
It appears to me that the author just downloaded pizza recipes from the Internet untested, unread and put them into a paperback without even proofreading. I would not trust a single recipe in this "cookbook".
This book is already headed to my trashcan.
